Walking through Valkenburg and the idyllic Geuldal

Get to know the charm of South Limburg with a nice walk. This route takes you through Valkenburg and the hilly, wooded area. The climbs are sometimes steep, but then you will come to the most beautiful places with beautiful vistas and wide views. During the largest part of the route you walk through the idyllic Geuldal. You walk past the impressive Schaloen castle. The garden can be visited from the spring months until the beginning of autumn. When you return to Valkenburg you will pass the Oude Molen and Streekmuseum Land van Valkenburg. At this museum you will find information about art in South Limburg and the history of Valkenburg.
