Cycling between Veghel and Boxtel

You will experience a varied day of cycling between Veghel and Boxtel. First you drive through Wijboschbroek. In this nature reserve you can still see the poplar landscape that was so characteristic of this region from the eighteenth to the twentieth century. You make a shortcut through the heart of Schijndel, after which you drive through the Geelders. This nature reserve consists of a mix of forest, hedgerows and farmland. In the heart of Boxtel you can still see some beautiful old buildings, such as St. Peter's Basilica, which originally dates from the thirteenth century. Via Landgoed Venrode you drive to the next beautiful town, namely Sint-Michielsgestel. Just after you cross the Dommel, you will see a detached tower: a remnant of a fifteenth-century church. Via Schijndel and Heeswijk you drive back to De Noordkade Veghel.
