City walk through the heart of Eindhoven

After a cup of coffee at Het Cruydenhuisch in Stratum, put on your walking shoes. How about a walk along the Dommel, the river that runs through the city like a green-blue ribbon? You also walk a bit through the adjacent Oud Stratum, one of the old cores of Eindhoven and the Genneper Parken stream valley area. The rivers Dommel and the meandering Tongelreep run through this urban nature reserve. From the city park you can see the High Tech Campus in the distance, it sometimes looks just like Central Park. The Genneper Molen, a water mill, is first mentioned in 1249, the year in which it was donated to Postel Abbey.
