This walk to Scheveningen beach combines natural beauty and cultural history. First you walk through the Archipelbuurt. You will see many beautiful monumental buildings here. You will also pass a number of war monuments. The history of the Scheveningse Bosjes goes all the way back to 1400! This beautiful nature reserve also has a protected cityscape. You walk into Scheveningen, the former fishing village. There is also plenty of history to be found here. And of course the beach: when the weather is nice you can dip your toes in the surf before walking to the Lighthouse. It is 30 meters high and dates from 1875. Further on you walk past the Magic Lantern Museum and the Monument Englandspiel.
