You also cycle through the Randmeren zone, a long area on the east side of Flevoland. You will find all kinds of recreational and water sports facilities around the Randmeren, including the Drontermeer. You cycle through young polder forests, such as the Bremerbergbos. Dronten is the base of this route. This city dates from the 1960s, making it a relatively young city. Along the way you will come across a nice disembarkation moment; Moellies. Enjoy a nice drink and snack here to recharge so you can finish the rest of the route.
