Discover the area surrounding the Veluwe

The municipality of Oldebroek is an ideal base for the northern Veluwe. The route starts in the middle of the Abbertbos. Just before junction 45 you will see the Greppelveld on the left, a small-scale nature reserve of moist grasslands. On the other side of the Drontermeer you pass through the historic heart of the Hanseatic city of Elburg. Due to the many beautifully preserved monuments, you will experience a unique historical atmosphere here. Around Oldenbroek you will see some beautiful old farms. You drive quite a bit through the forests of the Veluwe. In the Gelderse Vallei you come to the village of Doornspijk, passing Landgoed and Huize Klarenbeek.
