Tour of Wollink Estate and Berkel

From here you walk to Wolink, a fine example of a typical Achterhoek camp landscape. These'camps\\\' around an old farm consist of a small-scale mosaic of high fields, forests and standard orchards. On the Wolink estate you always have beautiful views of the monumental farm. Here lives the goldcrest, a small bird with a yellow-orange stripe on the head, as well as the small kingfisher butterfly. In the Netherlands, this is only found in the east and southeast, attracted by honeysuckle. The route also takes you through the village of Haarlo, where the residents call the octagonal historic church De Kluntjespot (sugar bowl). You walk back along the river Berkel.
