From Limburg to the German Reichswald

You will wake up wonderfully at the foot of the St. Jansberg at Camping De Geuldert. This cycling tour takes you through the beautiful southeastern Dutch landscape and leads you through the nature of our eastern neighbors. Along the way you pass impressive windmills. The first is the remainder from 1910 in Milsbeek. In Ottersum you will find the De Reus mill from 1847. This is in better condition and is the largest in Limburg. Finally, you pass Rust na Arbeid in Ven-Zelderheide. This stone flour mill was built in 1880. Once you cross the border you enter the Klever Reichswald. You can spot red deer, roe deer, wild boar or badgers here. These animals live among beech trees and other deciduous trees. Once back at the campsite, you can enjoy delicious fries in the canteen.
