Description
This tour of Midden-Delfland is a wonderful route for ebikes.
The route takes you through the open and green landscape of the only 'Special Provincial Landscape' in the Netherlands: Midden-Delfland. On this route you will discover the old Dutch landscape of the polder: with its green meadows, the ditches, polders and ponds, the winding paths lined with pollard willows.
Along the way you will pass a number of places where you can stop for a snack or a drink. You will also pass some locations where you can buy regional products: directly from the producer! And the route takes you through the picturesque centers of Maasland and Schipluiden. These little nuclei seem to come straight out of a historical picture book.
Our tip: if you want to fully enjoy the peace and quiet, choose a weekday for your bike ride.
