Peel en Maas is a region in North Limburg between Panningen and Blerick. Here you will find beautiful nature reserves and beautiful old church villages.
Baarlo
You cycle through a series of dry and wet forests, but also agricultural lands. De Berckt Castle dates from the thirteenth century, but was rebuilt in 1830 in Italian style. De Borcht Castle, also called D\\\'Erp, originally dates from 1200, the current moated building was built in the seventeenth century. Enjoy a pit stop at Centraal Baarlo.
Steegberg
In the Heldense Bossen you can cycle peacefully among the fragrant conifers. Finally, you cycle through the pine forest of the Steegberg.
