Through the Antwerp Kempen

This tour takes you through the wooded Antwerp Kempen. A region where you will find plenty of peace, fresh air and conviviality. Ideal for recharging the battery.

High Sleeve
The route starts just outside Kasterlee. You immediately enter the rolling woods of Domein Hoge Taille. You will immediately notice: it is incredibly quiet here! It is wonderful to make miles between the fragrant conifers. The adjacent De Goorkes nature reserve is also worth a visit. Then you drive a few kilometers through the countryside. The landscape here consists of a mosaic of fields, flowery meadows, stream valleys and small woods. How beautiful the Kempen are!

Petersbos
In Vorselaar you can make a pi(n)tstop at De Schranshoeve. On the cozy terrace you can enjoy regional products on the plate and in the glass. Don't linger too long, because many beautiful kilometers await you! Such as in the Peertsbos, an ancient deciduous forest with thick oaks and beeches. You also drive through the valley of the Kleine Nete, a branch of the Scheldt. At the end of your route you pass an ancient waterwheel mill.
