Discover De Maashorst and Uden

This is the theme cycle route Discover De Maashorst and Uden, which connects the De Maashorst nature reserve and the city of Uden and the surrounding area. This route starts in the center of Uden and takes you through the Bedafse Bergen and Volkel, among others. A shortened route is also possible, where you do not cycle via Volkel. To do this, follow junction 77, junction 8 and then junction 9. De Maashorst is one of the largest contiguous nature reserves in North Brabant. Here you cycle through a varied natural and cultural landscape of forests, heaths, drifting dunes, fens, meadows and winding streams. In the middle of the Maashorst you can visit the Slabroek Nature Center to learn more about this unique landscape park in a monumental farm. Be sure to stop off for lunch at De Pannekoekenbakker Zeeland.
