Tour of the Singraven Estate, Bergvennen and North Deurningen

The route starts at Eetcafe Plexat/Steaks & Bites. You cycle through the green and hilly Dinkeldal, named after the river Dinkel. This valley is one of the few places in our country where the river still has a natural course. Just before Denekamp and at the Lutterzand you can clearly see how the Dinkel meanders through the landscape. The lush coulisse landscape gives you a different view every time, Twente continues to surprise you! Along the estates of Oldenzaal you cycle to Denekamp for a visit to Landgoed Singraven. Then you discover the Bergvennen on the German border. The old manor Noord Deurningen was probably built in the 13th century. This manor became a monastery when the Franciscan sisters moved there at the end of the 19th century.
