Tour of Heuvelland and castles along the Geul

Your route starts at CUBE Store Limburg. The route leads through Oud-Valkenburg and Valkenburg, two places where you feel like you are abroad. You will also pass the beautiful Oude Molen, a flour mill on the Geul. Sint Gerlach was built in the twelfth century as a monastery, and in the nineteenth century it was converted into a castle. The Geulhemermolen is a monument from 1768. You drive past the deciduous forest of De Dellen, a nature reserve full of height differences. In Sint Antoniusbank, a hamlet of approximately 40 houses, you will find two closed square farms, two beautiful monumental farms and a former monastery. After a shortcut to beautiful Wijlre, you follow the Geul with its castles towards Valkenburg. Enjoy a terrace at one of the castles, or in cozy Valkenburg!
