Cycling through the heart of the Betuwe

With this route you will discover the beautiful Betuwe on the basis of a large number of seating arrows. The starting point of your route is a TOP location in Opheusden on the southern bank of the Rhine. Just before the village of Echteld you will see another beautiful spot: Kasteel Wijenburg. And of course the Betuwe itself also has a lot to offer. In short: the Betuwe is known as a fruit area and is worth a visit all year round, whether you come for the blossom in spring or at harvest time, when you will find roadside stalls with freshly picked fruit.
