Description
The scenic landscape around Lichtenvoorde has many estates and castles that are typical of the area. In the countryside of the church village of Beltrum you will find the agricultural company of the Stegers family. In addition to a pig breeding farm, they also manage a beautiful vineyard with verve. Six different varieties are grown on two hectares. Anyone who wants to visit the vineyard can book a tour and tasting. Then you pass Erve Kots Open Air Museum. Also a nice place to get off, here you can see what farm life in the Achterhoek used to be like. On the way back you can enjoy a drink on a terrace at Cafe de Boer just before the end point!
