You cycle through the Kempen-Broek nature reserve, with the Iron Man as a gateway. Today, varied landscapes pass by. From damp swamp forest to dry drifting sand: you will encounter it all here. In the Weerterbos you can even spot red deer from a beautiful lookout tower! Tip: you have the best chance of seeing them at dusk. In the autumn you might even hear them roaring, a special primal sound. Also visit the cozy city center of Weert where there is much to discover in the field of history and architecture, such as the medieval hall church and the town hall.
