There are several extensive forests between Breda and the Belgian border. This route takes you through the Mastbos, among other things, and you also cycle a bit through the surroundings of the Belgian towns of Meerle and Meer.

Mastbos
 First you drive through the Mastbos with its stately long avenues. Now that's a nice way to relax your legs. You then drive through several contiguous forests: the Ulvenhoutse Bos, the Sint-Annabos and the Prinsenbos. Some forest plots in this vast forest area are centuries old!

Lange Gooren
In the old center of Chaam you can admire the Ledevaert Church. This building originally dates from the sixteenth century, but was extensively restored after the Second World War. In the vicinity of Meerle and Meer it is quiet cycling through the Flemish farmland. After you cross the border again, you drive through the Krochten and the Lange Gooren, an elongated nature reserve consisting of coniferous forests and swamps.
