On the edge of Ootmarsum you pass the Molen van Oude Hengel from 1872. The picturesque centre of Ootmarsum has a protected village view, you will see many beautiful monumental buildings. In Denekamp you will see the Sint Nicolaaskerk, which was built in the thirteenth century from Bentheimer sandstone. Huis Singraven is located in an idyllic spot on the Dinkel, the current building dates from the seventeenth century. The Molen van Singraven has a history that goes back to the fifteenth century. You will also cycle through the heart of Oldenzaal, a former textile town. Around the city you will find numerous country estates, beautiful areas to cycle through. For example, you will pass through the nature reserve Hulsbeek, a former country estate where recreational lakes are now located.
