E-bike route authentic East Twente

Your route starts at Restaurant Hotel Wyllandrie. On the edge of Ootmarsum you pass the Oude Hengel mill from 1872. The picturesque center of Ootmarsum has a protected village view, you will see many beautiful monumental buildings. In Denekamp you can see the Saint Nicholas Church, which was built in the thirteenth century from Bentheim sandstone. Huis Singraven is located in an idyllic location on the Dinkel, the current building dates from the seventeenth century. The Singraven Mill has a history dating back to the fifteenth century. You also drive through the heart of Oldenzaal, a former textile town. Around the city you will find numerous country estates, beautiful areas to cycle through. This takes you through the Hulsbeek nature reserve, a former country estate where there are now recreational lakes.
