Description
Short tour of the upper Kriebstein dam, from Kriebstein harbor with direct ferry connection from Erlebach back to Kriebstein harbor.
A circular hiking trail leads from the harbor in Kriebstein over wooded fields around the dam of the same name. You have an excellent view of the area from Kriebstein Castle, which is the most beautiful knight's castle in Saxony. Along the way, several viewpoints offer a view of the wild and romantic Zschopau and the impressive dam. The short walk ends with the crossing from the Erlebach jetty back to Kriebstein harbour.
