Tour of Geldrop and Nuenen

From Geldrop you can take a nice bike ride to the area around Nuenen. Soon after boarding you will pass Geldrop Castle. A beautiful spot, because the building is surrounded by an English landscape park and is located in the valley of the Kleine Dommel. The following attraction is also located on this river: the seventeenth-century Collse Molen, of which Van Gogh made a painting in 1884. From junction 99 you will see that fluorescent stars have been incorporated into the asphalt. This is a tribute to Van Gogh's 'The Starry Night'. Further on you will cycle past Park Nuenen, which enjoys a protected village view due to its monuments. You will pass the Van Gogh church from 1824, after which you will cycle back to Kaffee Peijnenburg & Hotel Nijver via the Luchense Heide. Time for a drink and a bite to eat.
