Tour of Ruurlo past farm museum and Waterster

Your cycling route starts with a cup of coffee at Restaurant Cafe Gastronomie De Luifel in Ruurlo. Ruurlo is a charming town where you will experience a wonderfully authentic atmosphere. You can also admire some beautiful old buildings there. You can immediately relax during the first kilometers as you walk through the scenic landscape of meadows, fields and forests. Further on you will pass the Lebbenbrugge Farm Museum. This centuries-old Saxon farm is located on the De Slinge stream: a beautiful photo opportunity! Between Borculo and Beltrum there is a nature reserve of about 6 hectares called 'De Waterster'. In this nature reserve you will find a star-shaped pond that originally belonged to a manor. No traces of this manor have been preserved, but you can enjoy lovely walks through the woods around the pond.
