Explore the surroundings of Hapert, Wintelre and Eersel by bike. You start at the parking lot near Hapert. A beautiful area to explore, full of beautiful nature reserves. Along the way you can take a break and charge your bike at the Farm Terrace and viewing stable Hoeve De Nachtegaal, which is located just outside Wintelre. The farm offers a cozy Brabant countryside atmosphere. Also fun: discover farm life in 1950 and compare it with farm life today. Along the way you can enjoy the typical Dutch views: polders! You cycle through the Buikheide nature reserve. Due to the special flora in the area, it has been designated as a protected natural monument. The two fens there were created naturally by drifting sand. Further into the area there are areas of pine forest and plots of more open forest.
