Description
Between Nijmegen and the border of Germany lies the nature reserve De Duivelsberg, characterized by high hills and deep valleys, springs and streams. A surprising area with beautiful forests, but also meadows and fields. The walk largely takes place on and around the Duivelsberg, a hill almost 80 meters high. In World War II, American troops fought for possession and preservation of the hill.
