From Poppel through the border region

With this route you explore the wooded border region between Poppel and Hilvarenbeek. You drive through the picturesque stream valley of the Aa to the Dutch border. Here you cycle through the beautiful forests of Landgoed Gorp & Roovert. In Gorp you pass several centuries-old buildings, after which you cycle to the heart of Hilvarenbeek. There is also a lot of cultural history to experience here, especially at the Vrijthof. Here you will find the old Sint-Petrus\\\'-Bandenkerk. Via Esbeek you drive to the Neterselse Heide. At a fen you pass a lookout tower, climb it for a unique panorama. You pass through the villages of Netersel and Lage Mierde, after which you drive back to Belgium via the forests of Landgoed De Utrecht.
