Tour of Sint-Michelsgestel, Rosmalen and Schijndel

Small heathlands, beautiful forests and grassy meadows... the Brabant landscape around Sint-Michielsgestel has a lot to offer. The bike tour starts at Brasserie Thuys in Sint-Michielsgestel. A nice place to come back after the bike ride for lunch or a cup of coffee. The first stop is Klein Ruwenberg Castle, which was originally a castle built around 1435. From here you cycle along the edge of Den Bosch to Rosmalen. From Rosmalen you cycle through the Zandverstuiving Rosmalen, a wooded area that is part of the Hooge Heide. Small pools and wider watercourses occur here, resulting in a wide range of flora and fauna. Via the green area you continue the route to the picturesque village of Heeswijk-Dinther, located in the Aa valley.
