Cycling around Sint-Oedenrode

From Sons en Breugel you first drive through the forests of the Sonse Heide. A little later you cycle into De Scheeken, a nature reserve where you see swamp forests, flowery grasslands and poplars. In the Dorpsstraat of Liempde you can still taste the atmosphere of the former Brabant through the many old buildings. You pass the Den Hulst Estate, which was founded in 1916, and you also pass the Jukebox Museum. You make a shortcut through the Dommeldal, drive on car-free roads past fields and meadows to Mariahout. Here you pass the Lourdes Church and an authentic Lourdes Grotto, both built in 1935.
