Tour of Neterselse Heide and Het Goor

North of Netersel, 229 hectares of heathland stretches: the Neterselse Heide. It's predominantly wet, although there are also dry, sandy patches. The route leads to the small village of Hoogeloon. From there, you cycle into the nature reserve, stopping at one of the Liberation Route's listening points, at L103. Before you reach the fens, you'll pass the Inn "In den Bockenreyder." Stop here for a short break to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the time of the "Bokkenrijders" (goat riders). Enjoy a refreshing drink or snack on the large terrace, or gather around the cozy crackling fire with a glass of Leffe before cycling on to explore the fens.
