Description
Your route starts at Camping Dal Van De Mosbeek & Theeschenkerij De Manderie. This route introduces you to the former peat area around Langeveen and the coulisse landscape around Vasse. In the forests of the Galgenberg you will pass a few burial mounds. There are also some beautiful old mills on your route. First, you will pass two eighteenth-century water mills in quick succession: the Molen van Frans and Molen van Bels. Near Vasse you will pass De Mast, a fifteenth-century water mill. What a rich cultural history! You will pass through Vasse, a pleasant village. In the countryside you can admire the Grote Geesterse Molen: a corn mill from 1867. The closer you get to Mander, the more the landscape becomes undulating.
