De Linge via Beesd, Buren and Geldermalsen

From Beesd you can take a bike ride along the river De Linge. First you visit the Mariënwaerdt Estate. A beautiful environment where natural beauty and the rich cultural history of Gelderland are combined. After Tricht you drive through the polder. After a visit to the Lagerweij farm shop, you cycle on to Buren, a town where you get the feeling of cycling back in time thanks to the many old buildings. At De Pannekoekenbakker Buren you can enjoy a delicious meal before cycling back into the fruit orchards of the Betuwe. You pass through Geldermalsen, after which you cycle a long way along the rippling water of the Linge. You pass the Noordenhoek estate and the De Vlinder mill from 1913. After Enspijk you cross the river and cycle back to the picturesque Beesd.
