A beautiful route through the Limburg hills

From the village of Berg you make a beautiful trip full of highlights. From the many hilltops you enjoy wide views. You also pass historical sights.

Painters paradise
In Meerssen you cycle past the centuries-old Proosdijpark, take a look. Further on is the St Hubertus, a beautiful corn mill from 1801. In Terstraten time seems to have stood still. Because of the well-preserved half-timbered farms and bacon houses, the hamlet is known as a painter's paradise.

Valkenburg Castle
Get off in Valkenburg to experience the unique atmosphere. You will see many beautiful buildings, such as the fourteenth-century Grendelpoort and of course the ruins of Valkenburg Castle. The Van Tienhovenmolen is a corn mill from 1855, it is the only mill in the Netherlands that is made entirely of marl. In Sint-Antoniusbank you will also experience the atmosphere of times gone by, thanks to the many half-timbered houses.
