E-bike route Weert and Thorn

Along the Maasplassen are all kinds of authentic villages such as Thorn with its unique white houses. This route takes you from Thorn through other places full of sights. A must for history lovers. First you cycle to Neeritter, a characteristic and atmospheric church village. Nearby you will discover the Uffelse Molen, a centuries-old water mill. Stop for a break at Brasserie't Blaakven! In Weert you will pass the Kasteelpark. Along old chapels you cycle back to the picturesque Thorn. This town has a historic center with white houses and many authentic buildings from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The city was the capital of a miniature principality for over 800 years.
