Description
During this long cycling route you will pass beautiful places in the area of Maurik, Zoelen and Rijswijk. You set course in the direction of Zoelen. The earliest mention of the name and the castle date back to 1263. Over the years, the estate has had many owners. Nowadays the entire estate is owned by Staatsbosbeheer, but the castle is privately inhabited. The building is therefore not accessible, but the estate surrounding the castle is. Via Rijswijk you cycle back towards Eiland van Maurik.
