This beautiful cycling route through forests and heathlands is located entirely within the borders of Ede, Bennekom, Wolfheze, Mossel and Heelsum.

Renkums Beekdal
Anyone who wants to get to know the forests and heathland of the Southwest Veluwe will definitely get their money's worth during this cycle route. You cycle through or along the following nature reserves: Wageningse Berg, De Sysselt, Edese Bos, Edese Hei, Ginkelse Hei, Roekel, Wekeromse Zand, Noord Ginkel, Zuid Ginkel and Renkumse Beekdal. Extensive forests, sand drifts, fens and heathlands, which you can explore by bike. The Ginkelse and Eder Heide are very famous, where shepherds with their flocks of sheep can be found almost every day.

Concordia
During your route you will also come across the Concordia mill. The octagonal mill from 1865 was restored in 2007/2008 and is now ready for grinding again. In Nature Information Center De Beken (Staatsbosbeheer) you can learn more about the Renkums Beekdal and the Renkumse Poort, an ecological connection zone between the Veluwe and the Rhine. After a cup of coffee or a delicious lunch at the associated Boscafé De Beken, on the Veluwe estate of the same name, you cycle back to your starting point.
