The first part of the route you cycle towards Apeldoorn and explore part of the city. Stop off at't Koffiehuus in Ugchelen for coffee and cake, or a delicious lunch! Then you cycle into nature, which makes this route nice and varied. The Veluwe is a series of different nature reserves, each with its own character, flora and fauna. A large part of the Veluwe is wooded and particularly hilly. Enjoy the tranquility of the vast forests, endless heathlands and rugged sand drifts. You cycle through the Deelerwoud, where the vast heathlands are grazed by cattle. You end back at Bospaviljoen't Leesten where you can enjoy this bike tour for a while.

Het Leesten is a beautiful nature reserve near Apeldoorn. Bospaviljoen't Leesten is centrally located on the recreation site, surrounded by nature and tranquility. With a very cozy brasserie, a Staatsbosbeheer information center and business packages from Veluwe Experts, you have everything under one roof here. A nice base for nice long walks through the forestry Ugchelen, the Van der Huchtenbos or Bruggelen. By bike you can also easily take in the pleasant Apeldoorn, or De Hoge Veluwe National Park.
