Summer route: tour of ice cream parlors in Limburg

Start the day with an ice cream! This cycling route starts at IJssalon Clevers Arcen, with the beautiful terrace on the Maas. From cozy Arcen you cycle to Broekhuizen, where you cross the Maas by ferry. At IJssalon Clevers Tienray you can stop for a cup of coffee - or an ice cream! As a nature lover, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and winding paths in the Tienraysche & Swolgenderheide. Here and there you will also find heathlands. A little further on you cycle past IJssalon Clevers Grubbenvorst, where you can also enjoy an ice cream or a drink of course. Towards the end of the route you will pass Arcen Castle, a country house whose origins date back to the twelfth century. Better known for the beautiful gardens!
