Walking through the Máximapark in Utrecht

Want to stretch your legs and take a lovely walk in Utrecht? Then this route is for you. No matter what time of year you are going to do this walk, it is always nice to explore the area. You start at Brazzerie Abrona in De Meern. The brasserie is located in a former farm. A beautiful monumental building with oak beams. Here you can enjoy a tasty snack and a drink after you have walked. From the brasserie you walk north to the Máximapark. The city park, named after Queen Máxima, forms the green central heart of the major urban expansion of Utrecht west of the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal. After walking through the park, you walk back to Brazzerie Abrona.
