Starting point: From the hiking parking lot Adlgaß you start in a northerly direction along the wide forest path. Follow the signs to the Frillensee, your signpost is a lizard. Leave the bustling Frillenseebach behind and discover the varied and instructive Bergwald adventure trail. On 3.5 km and along 19 experience and information points, hikers have the opportunity to explore the world with all their senses. And not only children's eyes are opened to nature! At Frillensee, Germany's coldest lake, you can cool your feet and take a break. With a circuit around the lake, the same route goes back to the starting point.

Special feature: Big and small explorers can measure themselves with the animals in the forest in the field of long jump in the jumping arena.
