A tour of the Schaffelaarsche Bos from Barneveld Noord

From the Barneveld Noord train station, there are plenty of options to explore the Gelderse Vallei on your walking shoes. This route takes you through the nature reserve northwest of the Barneveld. Take the train to Barneveld Noord and then quickly hit the road. The first few kilometers you walk along the edge of Barneveld towards the green. The rest of the route takes you over various connecting estates such as Landgoed Otelaar, Landgoed Klein Bylaer and Kallenbroek. These old farm estates mainly consist of meadows and arable land. From time to time this is interspersed with wooded areas and small heather areas. You will also find sprinkles, fens and brooks here. A wonderfully varied landscape to walk through. Through this area you slowly set course back to Barneveld Noord train station.
