This route takes you through the area surrounding Ravels, a rural municipality with the three sub-municipalities of Ravels, Weelde and Poppel. The inhabitants of Ravels wear the
nickname Ravelse Pieren. At the departure point at the tourist information office you can also find the statue of the Ravelse Pier. Via Weelde you briefly cross the border through the woods of Landgoed'de Utrecht\\\' and then you return to the border village of Poppel. However, you soon cycle back into the Netherlands and set sail. to Hilvarenbeek. The surroundings of't Vrijthof van Hilvarenbeek are considered a protected villagescape. You can discover a lot of beautiful things here. You will see some stately mansions and the late Gothic St. Peter's Band Church from the 15th century. You continue the route via the Rovertse heath through the center of Poppel with the beautiful old town hall, which now houses the Heemkundig museum't Kaske.
