The woods around Wezep

Around Wezep you make a tour through a few estates. First you drive to the Watermill of Hattem-Molecaten. This beautiful ancient building is located on the estate of Huis Molecaten. Just like on the adjacent Landgoed Petrea, you can enjoy a varied landscape of coniferous forest and avenues bordered by oak and beech trees. A wonderful area to relax! On the edge of Wezep you will pass the following country estate: Landgoed IJsselvliedt. The current country house was built in 1824 in neoclassical style. Finally, you drive through the historic center of the former fortified town of Hattem. What a nice atmosphere!
