Harderwijk is beautifully situated. On the one hand, the Randmeer Wolderwijd, on the other hand, the beautiful nature of the Veluwe: you can go in all directions here. This route takes you along the most beautiful places in and around this nice old city. You start at Hotel Monopole, on the edge of the Wolderwijd in the atmospheric Hanseatic city of Harderwijk. From here you first cycle to De Essenburgh, a fairytale castle dating from 1652. You continue on into the vast forests of the Veluwe, but also past shifting sand areas and extensive heaths. Wonderfully varied! Enjoying the peace and quiet you cycle to Ermelo. You cycle back to Harderwijk through the hamlet of Telgt.
