<p> Landgoed De Utrecht is located in the Brabant border region. A unique nature reserve that is easy to discover with a walk. Put on your walking shoes and come and enjoy. </p><p> <b>Lage Mierde</b> <br> The route starts at Landhoeve De Buitenman Farm / Inn and B&B, an organic farm where you can also buy farm products. The route first takes you through the village of Lage Mierde. You can see some Kempen long gable farms here. You will also pass the Saint Stephanus Church, which originally dates from the fifteenth century. At Landgoed De Utrecht, mainly pine trees grow, but you also see plots with foliage. How wonderfully green and quiet it is here! </p><p> <b>The Utrecht</b> <br> Landgoed De Utrecht was developed in 1898 as an investment by life insurance company De Utrecht. You can walk through the woods for miles. Every now and then you have beautiful views of flowery grasslands. With a bit of luck you will see a fox or deer walking here. It is so quiet here that the inhabited world seems to be miles away. You walk back to your starting point on a car-free, tree-lined road. <br></p>
